Centretown Gravel - Saturday, May 23, 9 AM - Trail 52 to Wakefield Ride
Hey folks,
Planning another ride in Gatineau Park for this Saturday morning. Hitting the Pink Lake trails again on our way out, following roads past Chelsea, and then more trails with a bit of hike-a-bike between O'Brien beach parking lot and trail 50. After that we follow trail 50 to trail 52 which are fairly well maintained double track out to Wakefield. We'll stop at the Saturday Wakefield Market for a snack and drinks, then ride the Wakefield rail trail back to Ottawa. Should be a great morning!
If you only want to come out and try the Pink Lake gravel you could cut the route by more than half if you turn back at Chelsea after that as an alternative option.
